Targetoo policies and guidelines outline best mobile advertising practices for advertisers, agencies, ad networks, and other representatives of demand to apply to their ad campaigns while using the media-selling technologies of Targetoo. By using Targetoo's services, partners automatically agree to follow and adhere to the rules established here and in Targetoo's Privacy Policy. Any violation of these rules can result in immediate creative rejection, suspension, or other responsibility. Advertisers are responsible for the representation of their products, services, or ideas contained in the creatives, including links in the text of the advertisement and operations and sales advertised through the service.

Targetoo reserves the right to modify the guidelines listed in Demand Policies when deemed relevant. Advertisers are responsible for keeping updated with policies and regulatory changes. In this concern, it is important to periodically review them to stay updated.

Prohibited content includes materials that propagandize violence, adult sexual content, discrimination, hate, weapons and related goods, drugs and supplies, tobacco products and related supplements, hacker attacks, fraud, spyware, malware, hardware/software damage, illegal goods, services, and content encouraging bomb-making and sharing information considering socially dangerous activities. Content generated by the user that didn't undergo necessary moderation, clickbaits, traffic generation propositions, false or misleading statements, religious content, scenes of abuse, substance abuse, hunting, and shooting to animals are also considered prohibited.

Restricted content includes content featuring alcoholic beverages, online gambling services, prescription medicines, food supplements, health products, finance consulting services, loans, financial planning, hedge funding, insurance, mutual funds, mutual funds, retirement planning, information associated with political campaigns, pregnancy content, freebies and contests, adult humor, adult-themed dating, escort services, recreational drugs, fireworks, content for kids, extrasensory persons, astrologers, predictors of the future, and disarraying or competitive to Targetoo.

DSP must never serve ads with prohibited attributes such as auto-redirect ads, deceptive ads that resemble user interface elements, URLs leading the user to the page contradicting with the promised content, creatives aiming to install spyware or potentially harmful software,.apk files bypassing App Store and Google Store, phishing techniques aimed at asking users to disclose their personal information, and ads initiated or downloaded automatically without user permission.

Compliance with Targetoo's recommendations and regulations ensures honest and safe advertising that demonstrates respect to the audience and positively impacts the image and advertising campaign outcome. If an ad is rejected by mistake, advertisers should contact their dedicated account manager for assistance in resolving the situation by Targetoo policies.
